Article 1 Personal information items to be collected and methods of collection

The company collects personal information for membership registration, service provision, and other consultations, and may also request personal information for collective statistical analysis during a survey or event or for the purpose of sending out prizes. However, the company does not collect sensitive personal information (race and ethnicity, ideology and creed, place of birth and domicile, political orientation and criminal record, etc.) that may infringe on users' basic human rights. Article 2 Purpose of collection and use of personal information

The company collects personal information for the following purposes.

Article 3 Consent to collection of personal information

The company obtains consent for the collection of members' personal information, and has a procedure for consenting to collection of personal information in the terms of use and personal information processing policy during the membership registration process within the company. Article 4 Current status of use of personal information

The company uses users' personal information within the scope notified in "2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information", and does not use it beyond the scope or disclose users' personal information to the outside without the user's prior consent. However, exceptions could be made in the following cases.

Article 6 Period of retention and use of personal information

As long as the service user continues to use the service as a member of our company, we continue to retain the user's personal information and use it to provide the service.

The personal information of service users is destroyed in a way that cannot be reproduced when the purpose of collection and use (including temporary purposes such as surveys and events) is achieved, or when the user directly deletes or withdraws from membership.

In the event of a request for abuse of rights, prevention of abuse, infringement of rights/defamation disputes, or investigation cooperation, the Company may keep the member's personal information for a year from the time of the member's termination of the contract in preparation for recurrence.

Article 7 Destruction procedure and method of personal information

You can view or correct your registered personal information at any time, and you can request to cancel your membership. You can view and modify your personal information after logging in by changing your member information on the site, and you can edit anything except your ID and name. If you wish to withdraw from membership, you can withdraw from the site, and you must carefully consider whether to withdraw from membership because it will destroy all registered information. In addition, there may be restrictions on re-enrollment after withdrawal.

The company's personal information destruction procedures and methods are as follows.

Destruction procedure:
  • The information entered by the user for membership registration, etc. is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (separate filing cabinet in the case of paper) and is scheduled to be destroyed after being stored for a period of time according to internal policy and other information protection reasons according to related laws (refer to retention and use period).
  • This personal information will not be used for any other purpose other than being retained unless it is required by law.
Destruction method:
  • Personal information printed on paper is shredded with a shredder or destroyed through incineration.
  • Personal information stored in the form of electronic files is deleted using a technical method that cannot reproduce the record.

Article 8 Rights of users and their legal representatives and how to exercise them

Users and their legal representatives can inquire or modify the registered personal information of themselves or children under the age of 14 at any time, and may request cancellation of membership.

To inquire or modify personal information of users or children under the age of 14, click 'Edit Member Information' (or 'Change Member Information', etc.). You can view, correct, or withdraw directly after you go through the identification process.

Or, if you contact the person in charge of personal information management in writing, by phone call or e-mail, we will take action without delay.

If a user requests correction of errors in personal information, the personal information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed. In addition, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will notify the third party of the result of the correction without delay so that the correction is made.

The company handles personal information that has been canceled or deleted at the request of users or their legal representatives as specified in the "Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information" and is not allowed to be viewed or used for other purposes. As a subject of information, users may request to view, correct/delete, or suspend processing of personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
